Just like every past year, this 4 day event, that will happening between February 26th and March 1st will not only bring out a lot of new ventures in the world of technology and mobile phones, but will also give us gimps of the upcoming new mobile phones and what features they have to impress us this year, only at the Mobile World Congress 2018 (MWC 2018).
Not only phones, this event will be home to all phone related devices, literally anything and everything about phones. This grand event this year will be happening in Barcelona Spain, as it did back in 2011. It is also expecting more than 100,000 attendees, which is big, but whats bigger is that is will dive us towards the biggest and most popular smartphone release of 2018, that is the new Samsung galaxy flagship.
Samsung Galaxy S9 & S9+
Samsung has always been following the ritual of announcing its new smart phones at the MWC each year, except for last year, for the galaxy S8 and that too was for some other reasons that have to do with the Note 7 Fiasco, but putting that aside, we expect Samsung to come back to normal routine, and announce its flagship at the MWC 2018. One of the solid evidence we get for this is the media invite sent by Samsung for a loaded event on February 25th.
Huawei made a swing and took full advantage of MWC to announce its brilliant P10. As we can see, Huawei tends to follows a similar product segmentation to Samsung, as we can relate the P series for they being the more approachable flagship and also resemble the Galaxy S series, while the Huawei Mate series is significantly made for the more of power uses like the Galaxy Note series. Our sources suggest that the flagship Huawei might introduce at the MWC 2018 will be called the P20.
Nokia 1, 7+ & 9
We are glad to see Nokia come back and make its name among the android world, yet taking another step to rule the mobile world once again. In 2017, though the fans were not much impressive but the Nokia 8. it did contain flagship specifications, its older design and small display failed to appeal to many fans. Hence this year our expectations are again pretty high, and we are expecting something a lot better, and it also seems like Nokia is promising something is close competition to the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the iPhone X. Whether that is the Nokia 1, 9 or 7+, it is yet to be decided.
Motorola G6 Variants
According to our sources and the latest news are pointing out towards something innovative from Motorola, we have heard that Motorola is planning to bring out a smartphone series to come after the Moto G5 lineup that was propelled last year. The smart phones that we expect to see are the Moto G6 and the Moto G6 Play.
